General Use of Service
You will not use the website, services or products for any unlawful purpose which may result in a distasteful, antagonistic or criminal offence.
No visitor to the site will use or infect the website with harmful and destructive material such as viruses, Trojan horses or worms etc nor attempt to include any aspect of Forefront Image in any unsolicited activities including the sending/receiving of spam mail or any chain letter.
You will refrain form attempting to access any copyright material without authorisation of Forefront Image and agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server or attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile any software in connection to the service i.e. by visiting this site you agree not to ‘Hack’ in any form.
Ordering, Payment and Delivery
• Paypal payment only, Forefront Image will not accept cash
or credit/debit cards payments directly (Paypal allows the customer to pay
using various types of debit/credit card therefore Forefront Image can never
obtain your personal banking information. This is intended to safeguard
Forefront Image and the customer).
• Payment by cheque may only be agreed by contacting Forefront Image prior
to making payment, cheques sent without authorisation will not be accepted
and no responsibility for any monies will be undertaken by Forefront Image.
• Products will not be sent until cheque has cleared and payment transaction
completed.
• Please allow 14 days for delivery of order within the UK.
• Delivery of orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer
when ordering provided the address is within the United Kingdom (Wales,
Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Postage
outside the United kingdom will be subject to additional charge based on
the country the order is being shipped to, please refer to postage costs
for details.
• Customers within the UK who do not receive the order within the 14 day
period you are entitled to a refund.
• Delivery outside the UK to Europe and the rest of the world can not be
guaranteed within 14 days, delivery via Royal Mail Air Mail and is subject
to CN22 certificate supplied by Forefront Image.
Customs
• Please note that postage costs are inclusive of tax within
the UK (Channel Islands will be subject to a CN22 under customs and excise
but no extra duty is incurred.)
• Customers outside mainland UK may be subjected to extra duty charges levied
upon them by their own countries import laws. It is the customer’s sole
responsibility to confirm any extra costs prior to ordering, all charges
levied upon parcels outside the UK are in addition to the cost of international
postage charged by Forefront Image.
Refunds
• 7 day money back guarantee, only if, in the unlikely event,
the product is faulty.
• Colours on print may vary from display on your monitor, please note that
no refund will be issued on these grounds, Forefront Image ensures correct
colour of print before postage (every monitor differs between manufacturer,
settings may differ etc).
• Each print will be sent with a border for easier mounting, pictures can
be ‘bled’ to full size of the paper upon request although during this process
edges of the picture itself may be lost. Please note refunds will not be
given on grounds of print sizing.
• Any print deemed to be customer damaged will not be replace or refunded.
• The original print must be returned if a refund is sought.
Service
• Forefront Image has complete discretion to remove or modify
any part of this site without liability or warning. Forefront Image may
update and carry out maintenance on the website which may disrupt your use
of our website; we apologise in advance for any inconvenience and endeavour
to return the service to normal as soon as possible.
• This website contains links to other third party websites and as such
does not incur any legal or moral endorsements as regard the contents of
these sites. The links are provided as reference for customer information
although Forefront Image does not have obligation to endorse any viewpoints,
statements or information contained in these links.
Copyright
• Under Copyright the intellectual property of Forefront Image such as trade names, trademark, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the website remain the property Forefront Image.
By using this Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Forefront Image and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for personal or commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
Liability
• Forefront Image will not under any circumstance be held
liable for any loss of earnings for direct, indirect, inconsequential or
special circumstances in relation to the use of the website, services or
products.
• These terms and conditions are withheld by English law and you subject
yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, notwithstanding
the jurisdiction where you are based.
Complaints procedure
• If you are in any way unsatisfied with any of the procedures,
products and/or services please write to us via e-mail using ‘Complaint’
as a subject heading to highlight any grievance.
• Complaints will be considered on an individual basis and Forefront Image
will endeavour to reach amicable resolutions to each case. However Forefront
Image will reserve the right to operate within the terms and conditions
outlined above.
